I know how to make a play and replay button, and the stop actionscript. The only reason i didn't, is because it was for a collab. I should have put one though.

Well better to use straight lines then hand made lines for windows and walls, add shades, and for the stick figure, make a line, convert it to a MovieClip and then re use it as many times as you want, this will help reducing the size and give you more control over th figure as well as ease the animation process.
